On March 15, 1988, the annual spring breakfast was held at the Ramada Inn Civic Center, in Birmingham. New officers elected were President, Steve Franks; President - Elect, Jerry Lindsey; Secretary -Treasurer, Bob Kimbrell; Historian, J. C. Lindley. Elected, as council members were Aaron Bell, Jackie Bolton, and Tom Hancock. The J. F. Ingram Awards were presented to Erskine Terry (retired) and Tom Hancock (active). New members initiated at the June 30, 1988, meeting held at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville were: Donald Potts, William Spruill, Steven Stayton, Terry Carlisle, Aaron Pate, Ray Mills, Elbert Ivie, Jr., William Don Stevens, and William Stringfellow.
The 1989, spring meeting was held on March 14, at the Holiday Inn located in Prattville. New officers elected included President, Jerry Lindsey; Vice President, Milt Mulder; Secretary-Treasurer, Bob Kimbrell; Historian, J. C. Lindley. New Council members elected were Marvin Odom, Don Daniel, and Earl Ball. The J. F. Ingram Awards were presented to Allen McNees (retired) and Jerry Lindsey (active). The annual initiation ceremony and banquet were held at Shelton State Technical College, in Tuscaloosa on July 10, 1989. New members inducted were: William Gary, Eddie Pruden, James Griffith, Debra Holcombe, Linda Wilson, James Wilson, Billy Pearson, Robert Nelson, Baby Hall, Johnny Gaither, Sherman Boothe, Shirleen Marchman, Jack Kerby, Mary Colbert, Dr. Don Tomlinson, Betty Taylor, Michael Fitz-Gerald, Nancy Gentry, Warren Sadler, Charles Findlay.

The annual initiation ceremony was held at J. F. Ingram Technical College on July 10, 1990. The following candidates were: initiated Glen Bridges, Dr. Dorothy Chambers, Ronald Cooper, Gene Cowart, Shirley Daniels, Larry Hambrick, Charles Hardy, Marvin Jackson, Terry Keahey, Ruby Lewis, Johnny Morrow, Tommy Mosley, Charles Parrish, George Phillips, Terry Robertson, Bill Waddell, Gregory Wright.
On March 26, 1991, the annual spring meeting was held at the Huntsville Country Club. New officers elected were President Elect, Mike Bailey; Secretary-Treasurer, Bob Kimbrell; and Historian J. C. Lindley. Council members elected were Luther Morrison, Debra Holcombe, Jim Kendrick, and Jackie Bolton. The J.F. Ingram Awards were presented to Jackie Bolton (active) and Lester Landers (retired). New members initiated at the July 16, 1991, meeting held at the Bessemer Civic Center were: Linn Pritchett, Hoyt Williamson, Ron Edge, Dr. Marie Kraska, Dan Cleckler (Honorary), David Cummings, Phillip Daniel, Gilbert Wade Hancock, Mark Alan Jacobs, Russell Griffin, Anita Guerard, R. D. Messick, Charles Owenby.
On March 30, 1992, the annual spring meeting was held at the Tannehill State Park Restaurant. New officers elected were President Elect, Warren Saddler; Secretary-Treasurer, Bob Kimbrell; Historian, Don Tomlinson; Initiation Chair, Randall Peacock. Council members elected were Shirley Daniels, Terry Carlisle, Bill Waddell, and William Hogue. The J. F. Ingram Awards were presented to Fred Colburn (retired) and Eugene Autrey (active). The annual initiation ceremony for new members was held at Bevill State Community College, July 17, 1992. New members initiated were: Paul Allen, Gordon Allen, Bruce Baker, Ruth Black, Mary Blankenship, Fred Braswell, Fay Brown, Gene Campbell, Danny Carson, William Combs, Ted Copland, Laura Cummings, Pat Edward, Cheryl Gibson, Kennith Godwin, William Griswold, Bruce Hall, Patricia Hall, Charlotte Heatherly, Joseph Heyer, Hal Horton, Randy Hough, Laura Gay Johnson, Joy Lambert, Iva Jo Maddux, Beverly McAnulty, Ed Meadows, Hurdis Milner, Jerry Peacock, Ronald Shum, Donald Snyder, James David Talley, Milton Thomas, Phillip Till, Charlie Woodruff. For the first time ever the Epsilon Chapter received the Outstanding Chapter of the Year Award at the annual Grand Chapter Meeting, held in St. Louis, Missouri.
On February 19, 1993, the annual spring meeting was held at Bessemer State Technical College. Officers elected were President Elect, Jim Glasscock; Historian, Don Tomlinson; Chair of initiation, Randall Peacock. Council members elected were Don Daniel, Hobson Walden, Betty Taylor and Dorothy Chambers. No nomination was presented for Secretary-Treasurer. The J. F. Ingram Awards were presented to Hobson Walden (active) and J. C. Lindley (retired). The annual initiation meeting was held at Bessemer State Technical College on July 23. Charles Findlay was elected Secretary-Treasurer. New members initiated were: Harold Berryhill, Ed Franks, Ronnie Hayes, Allen Bert Young, Ron Moon, Jerone Levy, Benjamin Clyde Bradley, Thomas B. Rhodes III, Robert R. Withers, Jo Ellyn James, Eddy Cliff Smith, Orbie L. Sullins, Wayne T. Jaynes, Elvie M. Roufley, Dewey L. Price, Rufus J. Walker, Ralph E. Esco, Eloise C. Mills, John Wesley Salter, Jr., Patricia Stueck, Bill Provost, and Mike Hobson. Scholarship recipients were Latonya Leeth and Cecilla Catellier.

Officers elected were Vice-President, Mark Jacobs; Secretary-Treasurer, Phillip Daniel; Historian, Don Tomlinson; Initiation chair, Randall Peacock. The annual Initiation meeting was held at Bessemer State Technical College on July 29, 1994. The J. F. Ingram Awards were presented to Randall Peacock (retired) and Nancy Beggs (active). Scholarship recipients were Jaime Quick and Dorothy Lawrence. New members initiated were: Lee Bain, Patricia Brock, Ramon Corridori, Charles Al Cox, Leevell Dansby, Nathan Fields, Andrew J. fuller, David E. Guyton, Tom W. Hall, Frederick Moore, Jr., Dale Stewart.
On March 17, 1995, the annual spring meeting was held at the Clanton Holiday Inn. Officers elected were President, Mark Jacobs; Vice-President, Debra Holcombe; Secretary-Treasurer, Randall Peacock; Historian, Don Tomlinson; Initiation Chair, Steve Graves. The J. F. Ingram Awards were presented to Dorothy Chambers (retired), Warren Sadler (active). The Outstanding Service Award was presented to Dr. M. O. Hulsey for 65 years of continuous membership. The annual initiation banquet was held at Bessemer State Technical College on August 8, 1995. New members initiated were: Jill Adams, Roy Adkins, Bruce Brannon, Johnny Caldwell, John Carlton, James Curry, Harrell Graham, Wes Grant, Joe Hand, Mike Hanvey, Peggy Jones, Reca Miller, John Moore, William Nuss, Larry Pearce, Carl Ratliff, Sherrill Stone, Billie Ward, and Ted Yoemans. The scholarship recipients were Emma Caldonia Beasley, Winfield and Robert Alexander Taylor, Wilcox Co.
On April 27, 1996, the annual spring meeting was held at the State House Inn in Montgomery. Officers elected were President, Debra Holcombe; Vice President, Terry Carlisle; Secretary-Treasurer, Randall Peacock; Historian, Don Tomlinson; Initiation Chair, Steve Graves. Council members elected were Tommy Mosley, Lee Bain, Jerry Still and William Hogue. The J. F. Ingram Awards were presented to Charlotte Heatherly (active) and Tommy Mosley (retired). The Initiation ceremony and summer meeting were held August 3, 1996, at the Mobile Convention Center. New members initiated were: Keith Andrews, Larry Goodson, Brenda Johnson, Randall Swann, John Kane, Donald Lawford, Ann Gilmore, Robert Gunter, Ronald Howell, Eddie Johns, and Dorothy Nobles. Scholarship recipients were Kenyatta D. Lee, Angie Salter Waggone, and Leslie Thornton.
On April 11, 1997, the annual spring meeting was held at the Holiday Inn in Clanton. Officers elected were President, Terry Carlisle; Vice President, Tommy Mosley; Secretary-Treasurer, Randall Peacock; Historian, Don Tomlinson; Initiation Chair, Steve Graves. Selected for the Board of Directors were, Bob Kimbrell, Billie Ward, Jerry Still, and Lee Bain. The annual initiation banquet was held at the Birmingham Civic Center on July 29, 1997. New members initiated were: Guy Gafford, George Martin, Dwight Holcombe, Susan Seals, Jerry Holley and Dan Vest. The J. F. Ingram Awards were presented to Jim Kendrick (active) and Bob Kimbrell (retired).
On May 8, 1998, the annual spring meeting was held at the Clanton Holiday Inn. Officers elected were President, Tommy Mosley; Vice President, Keith Andrews; Secretary-Treasurer, Randall Peacock; Historian, Don Tomlinson; Initiation Chair, Steve Graves. Council members elected were Bob Kimbrell, Lee Bain, Ronnie Hayes, and Billie Ward. The J. F. Ingram Awards were presented to Debra Holcombe (active) and Stan Neuenschwander (retired). The annual initiation and summer meeting were held at the Birmingham Civic Center on August 3, 1998. New members initiated were: Tessa Wallace, Judy Landis, Anita Sherman, Ronnie Rains, Gwen Grawford, Pete Helms, Janice Drake, Mark Dutton, Angie Waggoner, Teressa Bradford, and Brian Terry.
On May 7, 1999, the annual spring meeting was held at the Clanton Holiday Inn. Officers elected were President, Keith Andrews; Vice President, Steve Stayton; Secretary-Treasurer, Randall Peacock; and Historian, Don Tomlinson. Council members elected were Lee Bain, Ronnie Hayes, Bob Kimbrell, and Billie Ward. The J. F. Ingram Awards were presented to Charles Findlay (retired) and Lee Bain (active). Other awards presented were Distinguished Service Award, Debra Holcombe; Distinguished New Award, Teresa Bradford; Distinguished Teacher Award, Charlotte Heatherly; and Christensen Life Time Service Award, Randall Peacock. The Grand Chapter at the annual meeting in Orlando, Florida named Epsilon Chapter of Iota Lambda Sigma the Outstanding Chapter in the Nation. Receiving Grand Chapter Awards in New Orleans were Danny Carson, Distinguished Teacher Award and Jim Kendrick, Distinguished Service Award. The initiation, banquet, and summer meeting were held at the Birmingham Civic Center on July 26, 1999. New members initiated were: Larry Baggett, Cecil Beggs, Julise Clement, Jerry Dixion, Mike Dodd, Mary Fuller, Paul Goulart, Joe Hackworth, Olivia Johnson, Harold Koons, Sherman Leeth, Mickey Maddox, Keith Mahaffey, John McGuire, Omar Rasal, Eric Reid, David Sullivan, Mike Witt. Scholarship Recipients were Joy Sabrina Stewart, and Crystal Dawn Wilson.
On April 28, 2000, the annual spring meeting was held at the South Baldwin Center for Technology. Officers elected were President, Steve Stayton; Vice President, Marie Kraska Miller; Secretary-Treasurer, Randall Peacock; Historian, Don Tomlinson; Initiation Chair, Wade Hancock. Council members elected were Lee Bain, Ronnie Hayes, Bob Kimbrell, and Billie Ward. The J. F. Ingram Awards were preaented to Douglas Emerson (retired) and Marie Kraska Miller (active). Other awards presented were: Distinguished Service Award, Lee Bain; Distinguished New Member Award, Gene Dudley; Distinguished Teacher Award, Wade Hancock; and Christensen Life Time Achievement Award, J. C. Lindley.
The annual initiation ceremony and summer meeting were held at the Sheraton Ballroom in Birmingham on, July 31, 2000. New members initiated were: Ted Craven, Christine Finerty, Holly Resmondo, Thomas White, Rebecca Pierce, Charles Gilliland, Benny Reeves, Jr., Allen Rice, and Bobby Conrad.
On May 11, 2001, the annual spring meeting was held at the Cullman Area Career Center. Officers elected were President, Marie Miller; Vice President, Teresa Bradford; Secretary, Debra Holcombe; Treasurer, Randall Peacock; Historian, Don Tomlinson. The J. F. Ingram Awards were presented to Joe Heyer (retired)
and Steve Stayton (active). Other awards presented
were: Judy Landis, Outstanding new Member; Jill Adams,Distinguished Teacher Award; Marie Miller, Distinguished Service Award; and Bob Kimbrell,Christensen Lifetime Achievement Award.
